Who am I? Currently a University student in Norwich, England. I have suffered with mental health for over 15 years and want to share my story and coping mechanisms with you all to hopefully improve the lives of some of you. I’m a travel enthusiast and will be sharing my travel recommendations and tips for travelling on a budget with you all!
What to expect from this blog? I will share with you all my travel tips and guides for all you globetrotters as well as sharing my ways of coping with mental health issues that I have accumulated throughout the years, from experimenting with self-help techniques to receiving various forms of therapy.
Some of which travel and adventure play a huge part in managing and recovery of mental health issues!
You can also message me for any recommendations on content you would like to see or questions you would like to ask at: travelandstrife@gmail.com
What do I hope to achieve? – I want to connect with you all and establish a little community for questions about mental health and somewhere for people to talk about these issues freely.
Please feel free to chat with me at: travelandstrife@gmail.com

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, food, sports
Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
